Crane Engineering
• Demonstrates and promotes Flow Technics core values. • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements to promote the sale of product solutions and services. • Support the sales team to broaden outreach both within new customers and current customers to increase sales goals. • Build sales territory by providing customers technical information to select equipment, parts and/or services that meets customer’s needs. • Focuses on equipment sales, makes product recommendations to customers. • Works with other members of the Sales Team for support, seeks input in regards to solution/process sales. • Develop to complete own quotes, estimate prices, contract terms, warranties and delivery dates. • Keep current of industry trends and competitive products. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 – 2 years demonstrated sales skillset and/or related product knowledge
- Successful candidates will be mechanically inclined to identify customer solutions
- Displays a high level of confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivation and a positive attitude with the desire to succeed and exceed customer expectations.
- Has the drive and desire to exceed sales goals.
- Comfort level to cold call and work with business owners or decision makers in prospecting for business
- Demonstrate an ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion
- Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
