Aflac
• Prepares high-quality, RFP Spreadsheets and formal RFPs • Observes and assists more experienced team members underwrite yearly renewals of group cases • Identifies improvements for bid and proposal packages • Researches and drafts responses to RFP questions • Coordinates with subject matter experts to enhance proposals • Researches, compiles, writes, edits, and proofreads proposals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 years of work-related experience
- Strong proficiency in editing, proofreading, and word processing
- Exemplary oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork/facilitating skills
- Knowledge of Aflac’s products and systems
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office suite software
