Solventum
• Help shape how Solventum communicates with external audiences and employees through clear, credible and consistent storytelling • Own enterprise editorial execution for external and internal communications • Identify and develop editorial opportunities that support corporate reputation, thought leadership and employee understanding • Execute public relations activities that support Solventum’s enterprise story through earned media • Write and edit press releases, statements, articles, talking points and executive messaging • Manage incoming media inquiries and support proactive pitching • Monitor media coverage and external conversations • Own strategy for key internal communications channels • Create and publish internal communications that help employees understand enterprise priorities • Manage internal editorial planning to ensure consistency and relevance • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex topics into accessible communications • Develop written and visual content for internal and external audiences • Leverage AI enabled writing and video tools to improve efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Eight or more years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or related roles
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience managing internal communications channels and editorial processes
- Experience supporting media relations and external communications in a regulated environment
- Comfort working across internal and external communications priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Experience in healthcare, medtech or similar industries
