Marketing Communications Coordinator
ICU Medical
• Act as a partner for assigned Marketing Communications Manager(s), ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with objectives. • Coordinate the flow of feedback, revisions, and approvals across marketing communications team for assigned projects. • Facilitate day-to-day execution of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows, including uploading, routing, versioning, and archiving assets in document control systems (e.g., Veeva Vault). • Coordinate claims substantiation to ensure all product claims are supported by clinical, technical, or regulatory documentation. • Coordinate the content lifecycle process—including re-approval, refresh, renewal, and retirement.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing communications, or regulated industry workflows.
- Experience supporting managers or project leads in a client-facing, sales, or marketing environment.

Telecommunications Central Office Lead Installer – Level IV
