The Opportunity InCharge Energy is seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce and ServiceMax environments. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, external partners, and business stakeholders to enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable solutions. You will play a key role in administering, configuring, and continuously improving our platform to support field service operations and overall business growth. What You’ll Do - Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including profiles, permission sets, and ServiceMax configuration profiles, ensuring appropriate access and system security - Partner with Salesforce team members and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions - Perform data loads and updates while implementing validation rules to maintain data integrity and accuracy - Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions - Build, manage, and troubleshoot Flows to drive automation and improve operational efficiency - Utilize Service Flow Manager and other tools to streamline and optimize business processes - Support and configure the ServiceMax Go mobile application used by field technicians - Create and manage Data Guides to ensure accurate and consistent data capture in the field - Configure Service Board and Gantt views to support dispatching and scheduling needs - Develop custom report types and support advanced reporting and dashboarding - Support integrations with ERP systems and other business-critical platforms - Contribute to the development and enforcement of Salesforce best practices and standards Your Experience and Capabilities - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience - 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a multi-cloud environment - Experience supporting ServiceMax strongly preferred - Strong understanding of field service operations and service lifecycle management - Experience with data migration, system integrations, and release management tools - Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, or ServiceMax certifications preferred - Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) - Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of attention to detail US Salary Range $90,000—$95,000 USD What We Offer Full-time employees enjoy competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, cell phone reimbursement (for most positions), generous vacation and paid sick leave, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year.
