Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
- Comfortable with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, SQL, APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience cleaning CRMs, deduplicating records, and building enrichment pipelines.
- Experimented with AI agents and workflows.
- Ability to launch quickly and iterate.
- Creative and analytical skills.

• As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize large-scale, distributed solutions. • You'll work on new features from idea to production. • You build AI-driven capabilities, and solve complex engineering problems in a highly collaborative environment. • Taking ownership of AI-driven security initiatives, influencing solutions beyond individual tasks. • Initiating and develop POCs, many leveraging AI and data-driven approaches, and evolve them into production-ready features. • Designing and building core enterprise security infrastructure, from architecture through deployment, with real-world impact. • Developing, operating backend services in complex, distributed environments. Balance engineering with technical leadership through design & code reviews & monitoring. • Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, QA, UX/UI designers, and security experts across the organization. • Identifying and implementing improvements to reliability, performance, observability, and test coverage.
