Applications Administrator
Alpha Omega
• Maintain the architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards and guidelines related to litigation support systems and data architecture. • Implement system design, configuration, and templates. • Provide technical and software subject matter expertise to the various litigation support teams. • Troubleshoot problems. • Explain software functionality and configuration to other technical staff and legal staff. • Perform changes, routine maintenance and upgrades to complex systems. • Test changes and upgrades for functionality and performance. • Monitor system resource usage and availability.
Job Requirements
- 8 years professional experience
- 3 years litigation support experience
- 6 years’ Information Technology experience
- Examples of litigation support systems include server managed eDiscovery platforms i.e., Case point, Relativity, Recommind, Clearwell, Concordance, etc.
