• Assist with sourcing candidates across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting) • Screen resumes and coordinate virtual interviews with candidates • Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems • Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and platforms • Support recruiting efforts for both U.S. and international candidates • Learn and assist with compliance considerations in international hiring • Coordinate with internal HR and leadership teams on hiring processes • Track recruitment progress and reporting metrics • Assist in planning and supporting employee engagement programs • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on internal initiatives • Help monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback • Contribute ideas to improve employee experience and retention • Assist with onboarding materials and internal HR documentation • Help organize and improve HR processes and workflows • Support documentation of best practices and internal guides • Work with hiring managers and leadership across departments • Gain exposure to business operations and workforce planning • Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR initiatives

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including network deployments, cabling, and multi-site rollouts • Manage multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for scope, timelines, and budgets • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, including executive-level status updates • Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with client requirements • Develop and maintain project documentation, including statements of work, schedules, and closeout reports • Coordinate internal engineering teams and field resources for project execution • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively • Ensure all milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time and within budget • Identify and escalate new business opportunities within existing client accounts • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve project challenges • Uphold GigaKOM standards for operational excellence and continuous improvement

• Support Account Executives and sales leadership with day-to-day operational activities • Process leads, update opportunities, and maintain CRM records • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and sales follow-ups • Monitor communications, customer requests, and sales activity tracking • Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal reporting • Review bid postings, RFPs, RFQs, and customer requests • Assist with preparation of: Proposals, Bid responses, Customer correspondence, Pricing documentation • Work with distributors and vendors on: Product availability, Pricing requests, Quotes, Lead times • Support sales teams during procurement and proposal processes • Serve as a point of contact for customer and vendor communications • Assist clients with: Order inquiries, Returns, Delivery updates, Product information requests • Enter and process customer purchase orders into CRM systems • Track order status and communicate expected delivery timelines • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and account information • Assist with reporting and sales activity tracking • Assist with coordination of marketing materials and sales campaigns • Support webinars, partner events, and promotional activities • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on customer outreach initiatives • Continue developing knowledge of enterprise IT products and solutions • Learn about: Networking, Cloud solutions, Security technologies, Public sector procurement processes • Participate in training, educational opportunities, and professional development initiatives

• Lead Cybersecurity Architecture & Strategy • Design and lead implementation of enterprise security architectures across network, cloud, identity, endpoint, and data layers • Define and promote Zero Trust security frameworks and best practices • Establish reusable architectures and security standards across client environments • Guide long-term security roadmaps aligned with business and compliance objectives • Partner with sales leadership on strategic opportunities and solution positioning • Lead client discovery sessions focused on risk, compliance, and architecture design • Present security strategies to CIOs, CISOs, and executive stakeholders • Drive technical leadership in proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and competitive positioning • Provide escalation-level guidance for complex security incidents
