Director of National Sales Accounts

• Driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies • Building strong relationships with clients • Negotiating contracts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Managing current accounts and ensuring proper solicitation of the designated market • Securing a thorough understanding of hotel operations and negotiating profitable sales • Solicit new business by expanding account base and identifying new markets • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Focus on exceptional customer service skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable in working in other key sales areas where necessary
  • Optimistic self-starter with a high degree of drive, motivation, and initiative
  • Fluent in the use and functionality of Delphi preferred
  • Ability to travel
