Job Requirements
- Proven track record as a digital copywriter, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading, supported by a diverse portfolio of digital copy samples.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients, and translating complex concepts into digestible content.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications.
- Experience working with large freelance networks.
- Travel writing experience.
- Bi/multilingual.
- Functional understanding of HTML.

Role Description As a PIP Claims Manager at Reserv, you will be responsible for a team of claims professionals handling Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims for multiple clients to include personal lines, commercial lines and rideshare.
