Senior Performance Marketer

• Assist in the development and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting. • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies with broader marketing goals. • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI. • Implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies to improve organic rankings. • Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights. • Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools. • Generate insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs. • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients. • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. • Partner with account managers to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations. • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of agency experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Conversion-Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on data and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to clients and internal teams.
  • Work with both Demand Generation and Lead Generation.
