Position Summary Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team's success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. What you will do - Coach scrum masters and product owners on agile principles, values, and best practices for project/product management. - Develop the budgets and resource planning strategy with consideration for team velocity, historical data, and limitations. - Determine the amount of work that can be completed within proposed projects timelines. - Ensure that risk assessments include risks identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans for scrum projects. - Establish scrum processes and procedures for backlog management, prioritization techniques, and user story refinement. - Forecast team capacity and delivery potential for future projects to set realistic expectations for product releases. - Help establish and implement a common language and framework for team collaboration. - Improve team capacity and investigate potential bottlenecks to determine how to proactively address issues before they arise. - Integrate the concepts of adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration into department processes to promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. • Agile Coaching: Guide teams in adopting and following agile principles, practices, and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint retrospective). • Team Facilitation: Facilitate effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, and decision-making. • Process Improvement: Continuously improve teams' agile processes and identify opportunities for optimization. • Impediment Removal: Remove impediments that hinder the teams’ progress and escalate issues as needed. • Product Backlog Management: Support Product Managers in refining and prioritizing the product backlog. • Release Planning: Contribute to release planning and ensure alignment with the overall product roadmap. • Quality Assurance: Promote a quality-first mindset and ensure the team adheres to development standards and best practices. • Collaboration: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination. • CI/CD: Understand and support the team's CI/CD pipeline using GitLab Ultimate SaaS. • Security Focus: Ensure the team adheres to security best practices and collaborates with security teams to address vulnerabilities. A knowledge of Threat Modeling will be advantageous.

• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Scrum process from initiation through delivery • Serves as a key liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and leadership • Ensures successful execution of Agile projects • Facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages product backlog and release planning • Drives team productivity by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment • Ensures that team members clearly understand project objectives and are aligned with sprint goals • Promotes Agile best practices, supports continuous improvement, and helps teams mature in Agile methodologies to enhance delivery outcomes.
