• Facilitar todas las ceremonias Scrum: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review y Sprint Retrospective. • Eliminar impedimentos organizacionales y técnicos que bloqueen el avance del equipo. • Acompañar al Product Owner en la gestión y refinamiento del Product Backlog. • Promover la mejora continua del equipo mediante métricas ágiles (velocidad, burndown, lead time). • Colaborar con otros Scrum Masters para alinear prácticas ágiles a nivel de programa. • Fomentar una cultura de autoorganización, transparencia y responsabilidad compartida. • Reportar el progreso de sprints y proyectos a la Dirección de Tecnología. • Participar en iniciativas de transformación ágil a nivel corporativo. • Coordinar dependencias entre equipos en proyectos de alto impacto para el negocio (punto de venta, e-commerce, logística). • Gestionar riesgos y comunicar estatus a stakeholders internos.

Job Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración, o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Scrum Master en equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Certificación CSM (Certified Scrum Master) o PSM I/II vigente.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión ágil: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
  • Conocimiento de marcos de escalamiento ágil (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) deseable.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura técnica y reuniones).
