Your role at DynatraceWe’re looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join the Dynatrace Legal Team. This position will provide corporate support for Dynatrace’s legal entities/subsidiaries in the U.S. and around the world and will report to the company’s Senior Corporate Paralegal based in Boston. The role will work closely with colleagues in Legal, Finance (Tax, Accounting, Treasury), People & Culture (HR), and other functions. Key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing aspects of U.S. and global legal entity/subsidiary compliance and document management, including co-administrating Dynatrace’s entity management system and other corporate records and coordinating periodic filings, reports and registrations. - Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating documents related to legal entities/subsidiaries, including formation documents, board and shareholder meeting minutes, resolutions and consents, Powers of Attorney (POA), and other corporate governance documents. - Assisting with requests from customers, suppliers, employees, and others for legal entity/subsidiary-related information and documentation. - Coordinating approvals, signatures, notarizations, and legalizations of documents. - Liaising with and managing outside local advisors and agents for legal entity/subsidiary governance matters. - Monitoring and tracking legal and regulatory changes and requirements affecting the company’s legal entities/subsidiaries. - Conducting corporate-related research and benchmarking analyses. - Working with others on the Dynatrace Legal Team to drive efficiencies and implement more standardization and automation for repeatable processes and requests. - Supporting other corporate and Legal Operations projects and initiatives, as requested.
