Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal working with US-based law firms.
- Proven track record of successful results with H-1B, L-1A, TN, E2, EB-1, and EB-5 filings.
- Proficiency in MyCase or similar immigration case management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Teams and OneDrive.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail in legal drafting.

The Contracts Associate supports the execution and administration of contractual agreements across Clario’s global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing a variety of contractual documents while ensuring compliance with Clario contracting standards and internal policies. You will work closely with legal, operational, and cross-functional teams to support efficient contract execution, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that contractual processes run smoothly.
