Product Marketing Director – Mid Market/Enterprise

• Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions, and messaging by persona and use case • Translate product capabilities into customer outcomes, proof points, and differentiated narratives • Build and evolve core messaging artifacts, including pitch decks, web copy, one-pagers, and solution briefs • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and major releases, including launch plans, milestones, and success metrics • Partner with Product to shape launch scope and packaging, and to align timing with readiness across teams • Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across marketing channels, sales, customer success, and support • Build sales enablement assets, including decks, competitive talk tracks, objection handling, demos narrative, and battlecards • Train sales and customer-facing teams on messaging, ideal customer profiles, use cases, and differentiation • Partner with Revenue Operations to support the adoption of messaging and assets in sales workflows • Run customer and prospect research to inform messaging, packaging, and roadmap priorities • Track competitive landscape, create competitive intelligence, and inform product strategy and GTM choices • Define and maintain ideal customer profile, personas, and segmentation in partnership with Growth and Sales • Support pricing and packaging work, including plans, add-ons, value metrics, and monetization motions • Partner with Product and Customer Success to drive feature adoption and reduce time to value • Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on pipeline, conversion, retention, and feedback • Act as the connector across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing • Establish repeatable processes for launches, enablement, and competitive updates • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
Job Requirements
- 5-to-8 years in Product Marketing experience in a SaaS environment
- Direct experience supporting Financial Services Mid Market and/or Enterprise sales teams
- Proven ability to support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong background in: Product positioning and messaging, Sales enablement, Go-to-market planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution performance
- Highly collaborative, comfortable operating across Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Experience creating a range of marketing assets including product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks, battle cards, sales playbooks, first call decks and competitive analysis
- Experience/familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle, Marketing Automation and CRM applications
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Ability to craft compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
