MotionPoint
• Target and engage global enterprise marketing, brand, and digital teams to identify challenges and opportunities across social media strategy, execution, and governance. • Proactively research, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong. • Lead high-impact discovery conversations with inbound prospects and outbound leads sourced via SDRs, referrals, and strategic outreach. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Collaborate closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign alignment. • Develop and deliver tailored presentations showcasing Social Element’s social strategy, community management, intelligence, and paid capabilities aligned to each prospect’s business objectives. • Partner with solutions, strategy, and delivery teams to scope, price, and close complex global social media engagements. • Work with Client Success teams to identify and secure expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships. • Continuously refine sales messaging, vertical positioning, and consultative selling approaches through training and market insight.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in social media marketing, digital marketing services, content marketing, or agency environments.
- Proven success selling high-value, multi-market, or multi-year engagements (typical ACV $30K+).
- Strong network of Marketing, Brand, social media, and Digital decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations ($50M–$750M+ revenue).
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Highly self-motivated with a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Skilled at uncovering client pain points and positioning strategic service solutions.
- Comfortable selling intangible, strategy-led services and navigating complex buying groups.
- Ability to quickly absorb new platforms, trends, and evolving social media dynamics.
- Proficient with Salesforce for opportunity and pipeline management.
- Experience using Outreach and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
- Familiarity with conversational intelligence tools such as Gong.
- Strong presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working within Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
