If not a Washington State PE, must be able to obtain this within one year of hire. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience. • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and technical quality across complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to execution.
