You take development beyond vibe coding and leverage tools like Claude Code to multiply your team’s effectiveness. - Own the Infrastructure: Define and provision cloud architecture using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CDK, Pulumi, and SST. - Solve End-to-End Problems: Take ownership of the entire lifecycle, seamlessly transitioning from high-level system design to deep-dive product support and debugging. - Champion Empathy: Advocate for the client and the end-user in every technical decision, ensuring our products are as user-friendly as they are technically sound. Qualifications - Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. - Deep Tech Stack Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and Bun. - Technological Agility & Curiosity: An open mind and an eagerness to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies outside our core stack—such as Rust, Zig, SvelteKit, or Astro—when they are the best tools for the job. - AWS & Serverless Mastery: A strong grasp of AWS infrastructure, particularly AWS Lambda, with a deep-rooted serverless-first philosophy. - Database Fluency: Solid experience designing and optimizing NoSQL databases, specifically DynamoDB and MongoDB. - AI Engineering Chops: Demonstrated experience building with agentic AI and a thorough understanding of agentic design patterns and orchestration. - Next-Gen Workflow Experience: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor, and OpenCode, and modern AI-native workflows. - CI/CD Proficiency: Experience building and maintaining deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions. - The Right Vibe: An empathetic, collaborative personality combined with a relentless, passionate curiosity for technology.
