Experian
• Support Experian Health by delivering data-driven insights and continuous improvement across core HR processes • Work with HRBPs and business leaders to accomplish talent plans, enhance HR processes, and provide relevant workforce analytics • Lead continuous improvement efforts across core HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, onboarding, offboarding) • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve service delivery and employee experience • Standardize documentation, workflows, and governance to guide consistency and compliance • Develop, run, and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, engagement, performance, diversity metrics, workforce trends) • Help accomplish end-to-end people initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and change plans • Provide guidance on daily employee relations matters, escalating complex issues • Support investigations, documentation, and compliance processes • Partner with managers to promote performance management best practices • Support adoption of AI-enabled HR tools (e.g., talent analytics, reporting automation, productivity tools)
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field
- 3+ years experience running HR reports and interpreting workforce data
- Expertise in process improvement and operational optimization
- Experience using HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or HR technology programs preferred
- Experience with employee relations and employment practices
- Experience in healthcare, technology, SaaS, or matrixed environments

• Performs a variety of confidential administrative and transactional support duties for Canada and U.S. to ensure timely and accurate data entry and retrieval. • Conducts additional support services provided by HR Operations team to ensure efficient processing and standardized approach across related activities. • Act as the first contact for employee inquiries and collaborate with Senior Specialists on complex concerns. • Provide response to employees as per agreed service level agreements and maintain professionalism. • Manage incoming inquiries, issues, and work requests related to HR policies, and standard HR processes and HR transactions. • Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions, Workday navigation, and policy interpretation. • Deliver on established standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs, policies and processes. • Escalate and collaborate on issues through a formalized issue/inquiry escalation process within HR Operations. • Respond to basic inquiries related to employee personal and job data, absence, time & attendance, health services, benefits, employment verification, performance management, and learning/training. • Enter or retrieve data into/from Workday or other Management systems as required and follow-up to correct errors or missing/insufficient data. • Provide Transactional support for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits), Time and Absence. • Prepare basic standardized letters for employee transactions (e.g. Retirement, resignation, promotions). • Conduct weekly status reports of open problem tickets and service requests.
• Provide strategic HR leadership across multi-state operations, aligning people’s initiatives with business goals. • Manage, coach, and develop HR Business Partners supporting assigned regions. • Advise and coach Operations leaders (VPs, DOs, GMs) on performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. • Lead succession planning for GM and DO positions. • Manage the regional HR budget and monitor ROI for HR initiatives. • Implement strategies to improve body technician and shop retention. • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement scores across the region. • Lead complex employee relations activities, including investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and escalation management. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, with expert-level knowledge of California regulations (wage & hour, leaves, meal/rest periods, etc.). • Oversee workforce planning, staffing needs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning. • Analyze HR data and trends (turnover, labor spend, overtime, ER cases, staffing) to make recommendations that improve operational efficiency and retention. • Support change management initiatives for acquisitions, new market integrations, reorganizations, and cultural transformations. • Drive talent development through coaching, succession planning, and facilitation of leadership training and engagement efforts. • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Safety, Talent) to ensure consistent delivery of HR services. • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with teams to meet shared goals; promote mutual trust and support teammates. • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and provide guidance on interpretation, best practices, and issue resolution. • Hold self and others accountable for meeting commitments, focusing on quality results, monitoring progress, and driving continuous improvement.
