• Overall accountability for the company’s marketing strategy and execution • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, boosting brand awareness, and attracting new customers. • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team by setting clear goals, offering mentorship, and ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into broader business plans. • Oversee the creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising platforms. • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover consumer insights, market trends, and emerging business opportunities. • Effectively manage the marketing budget, track return on investment (ROI), and adjust spending to ensure maximum impact. • Guide the development of compelling brand messaging, creative assets, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. • Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and media events to build visibility and strategic relationships. • Provide visionary leadership that motivates and energizes the team. • Establish clear priorities, remove barriers to execution, and promote open, consistent communication. • Maintain a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and following through consistently on performance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in Marketing in a similar role as described above.
  • Demonstrated success in senior marketing roles within the travel, hospitality, or cruise sectors.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience building and guiding high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a talent for developing innovative marketing strategies that set the brand apart.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
