International Channel Sales Manager

• Identify and approach key or strategic partners • Define short- and long-term channel strategy • Experiment and design sales strategy • Relay feedback to product teams to enhance product appeal
• Own positioning and messaging for the U.S. market: develop clear, compelling narratives by segment and persona, and ensure consistency across Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success • Build a deep understanding of the convenience retail ecosystem and buying journey — how retailers think, what problems they care about, and what drives decisions • Design and execute demand generation programs that produce marketing qualified leads and support enterprise sales cycles • Build and run outbound lead generation through targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach in line with the go-to-market strategy • Lead the events strategy: drive Deligo’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows and hosted meetups to increase visibility and generate pipeline • Launch and optimize paid online marketing across channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting, and relevant industry media partnerships • Build a content engine: create and oversee content that educates and converts (blogs, one-pagers, white papers, videos, case studies) across top, middle and bottom of funnel • Create and maintain sales enablement materials (decks, product sheets, battle cards, ROI calculators, integration documents, competitive analyses) so Sales always has what they need to win • Develop customer and partner enablement assets that help champions sell Deligo internally and help channel partners pitch and support the product effectively • Build the foundations of a scalable marketing function: KPIs, reporting, tools, workflows, experimentation cadence — and eventually, the team
Convenience Retail Director

• Help define Deligo’s U.S. go-to-market strategy for convenience retail — balancing short-term pipeline and revenue goals with long-term market leadership • Build a deep understanding of the U.S. convenience landscape (c-store chains, forecourt/fuel retail, travel retail and micro-markets), including customer pain points, buying processes, and the competitive environment • Identify, target, and engage enterprise prospects through outbound outreach, networking, events, and industry relationships • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: initial outreach, discovery, product demos, business cases, partnership plans, proposals, negotiations, and closing • Develop account-based strategies for strategic customers, creating long-term relationships and expansion opportunities • Build trusted executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders inside target organizations • Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns, events, and content that generate qualified leads and build Deligo’s presence in the U.S. market • Partner closely with Product and Operations to ensure our value proposition resonates locally, deployments run smoothly, and customer feedback translates into real product improvement • Help build internal processes and ways of working as the U.S. business grows: sharing learnings and contributing to the evolution of our sales playbook
