Senior Manager, ASO Sales
Noom
• Leverage Noom’s contracted health plan channels to identify and pursue employer sales opportunities • Collaborate with health plan counterparts to drive visibility, enablement, and group-level decisions • Execute territory plans and structured sales processes focused on employer group penetration • Conduct consultative sales meetings, aligning Noom’s offerings with employer goals around cost, outcomes, and engagement • Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-driven financial narratives • Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet activity benchmarks using Salesforce • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Customer Success teams • Build referral networks with brokers, consultants, and distribution teams • Represent Noom at industry events and use market insights to refine sales strategy • Maintain high ethical standards and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or benefits
- Proven success selling through or in partnership with health plans, brokers, or employer groups
- Ability to manage warm channels and execute a farmer-focused sales strategy
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience building ROI cases using employer data and financial metrics
- Proficiency in Salesforce and digital collaboration tools
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota with strong forecasting and planning
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
