Wunderkind
• Drive demand for Wunderkind display & video ad inventory from agencies & advertisers across east coast accounts, ultimately meeting/exceeding revenue goals by: • Developing a holistic understanding of the Wunderkind product offering and how its differentiation can best serve your clients' needs • Building relationships with multiple layers of decision makers in the programmatic buying cycle (in-house marketers, agencies, and trading desks) • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to qualified targets • Working hand-in-hand with account managers to ensure accounts are being serviced properly and revenue is maximized • Acting as liaison between the market and our internal team to ensure our product continues to evolve with buyers' needs
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree plus experience related to digital media or digital advertising
- At least 6+ years of online advertising sales experience required
- Ownership and growth of the largest/most strategic territory within the assigned pod to deliver on team and individual revenue targets
- Extensive experience in the programmatic industry with a track record of successfully impacting business growth
- A robust network of contacts across the buy side with whom you’ve built rapport and trust
- Experience working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
- Experience selling CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
- Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful
- Persuasive and compelling
- Comfortable in a high-growth environment where roles and responsibilities may shift
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the marketing technology space and a healthy dose of humility.

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Distribution leads a team of 7–8 Key Channel Executives to achieve sales goals, protect margins, and expand our presence in the highly competitive non-acute diagnostics market. This role is responsible for strategic planning, coaching, and execution to ensure revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets are met in partnership with authorized distributors and their sales teams. The ASM will drive sales in the non-acute space - physician office labs, clinics, reference labs, and other laboratories while also contributing to larger strategic opportunities with corporate, national, and IDN accounts in collaboration with other sales leaders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead and inspire a team of Key Channel Executives to achieve sales and financial goals in the non-acute diagnostics market, partnering closely with distributors to execute regional strategies. - Strengthen customer and channel relationships by developing high-impact partnerships and collaborating with distribution leaders on joint sales initiatives. - Guide your team on account strategy, pricing, and deal structure to ensure profitable growth while removing obstacles to success. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, present dashboard metrics, and ensure consistent adoption of SFDC to manage and track performance. - Facilitate Growth War Room presentations, implement countermeasures for underperforming metrics, and provide actionable feedback to your team. - Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent, ensuring each direct report has mentorship and a development plan aligned to career goals. The essential requirements of the job include: - BS/BA degree required with 9+ years of complex clinical sales experience, selling into the non-acute space with a strong preference towards the diagnostics space and through distribution channels. - Robust competitive spirit and results orientation and relentless customer focus. - Must be willing to travel approx 60%, including overnight travel. - High potential sales performer with a solid track record of career progression and runway to develop further with a history of driving for results; demonstrated track record of sales growth, customer experience and market share growth. - Relentlessly attract, engage and develop people; can cultivate teams quickly and build strong relationships by establishing significant credibility, trust and support within their team, customers, as well as being able to develop strong followership within the commercial - Strong negotiation and commercial skills; can support team and work at high levels within customer decision making unit to negotiate complex deals which are profitable to the company and in line with revenue and margin objectives. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Previous experience leading team strongly preferred - MBA degree preferred with 7+ years of experience. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Sales Representative to join the Electrical Wiring Systems Pass and Seymour Team. This is a remote position reporting to Charlotte, NC. The Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list. Prospects and develops business, responds to RFPs, and develops proposals for presentation to customer. Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development. Most basic job duties have been mastered and incumbents are gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Incumbents are still directed in several aspects of their work however more straightforward tasks are accomplished without direction. What Will You Do? - Establish and grow account/end user relationships to ensure that the corporate and territory goals are met or exceeded. - Develop and manage territory business plans. This consists of expenses, sample budgets, end-user presence. Completion of all reports in a timely and articulate manner. - Work within the Engineer and Consulting community.
