Sales Development Representative

Managed Group

• Own outbound prospecting for net-new logos within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) • Book high-quality discovery meetings using phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person events • Position and articulate CMMC preparation, managed services, secure enclaves, and C3PAO assessments • Qualify opportunities using defined BANT criteria • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking in HubSpot • Develop and maintain expertise in CMMC requirements and the Department of Defense cybersecurity ecosystem

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales development, business development, or outbound sales
  • Demonstrated experience conducting outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Proven ability to qualify sales opportunities using a structured qualification methodology (e.g., BANT)
  • Experience using a CRM system to document activities, manage leads, and track pipeline (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet performance targets, and work effectively in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel up to two times per month as required
