Next Generation
• Configure and implement WorkForce Software modules based on detailed functional specifications • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Build and maintain configuration components including pay rules, schedules, attendance policies, and workflow automation • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance with business needs • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle • Document configuration processes and contribute to knowledge base development • Participate in client workshops and provide expert-level input on configuration best practices • Stay current with WorkForce Software updates, features, and industry trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in WorkForce Software configuration and technical implementation
- Proven ability to interpret functional requirements and deliver accurate, scalable configurations
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts including timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance
- Experience with XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies used in WorkForce Software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
