• Configuring and maintaining DSE customer setup, demand rules, and address information • Automotive EDI high volume processing • Development of functional specifications, assist with customizations, and troubleshoot issues within the JDE DSE module. • Assist with integrations between the JDE DSE and other ERP modules, such as Manufacturing Shop Floor, Inventory, Planning and Sales Order Management. • Perform data migrations and ensure proper data flow between systems. • Design and develop test scripts and perform system testing, ensuring that new configurations and updates work as expected. • Firm understanding of cumulative quantities (CUMs) between JDE and the OEM customers. • Hands-on experience with shipping schedules (862) and planning schedules (830) to meet production requirements. • Expert knowledge around ASN (Advanced Ship Notices) and manage packaging labels.

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator managing licenses, user access, roles, permissions, security settings and system configurations • Continuously optimize NetSuite modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory and Order Management; identify opportunities to leverage incremental modules to support scalable business operations • Configure and customize NetSuite objects, forms, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet evolving business requirements • Design, test and deploy custom workflows and automation to streamline business processes • Create and customize saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide real-time business insights across the organization; routinely review and rationalize underutilized reports • Partner with functional leaders to understand business requirements and implement related enhancements • Perform data imports, exports, and migrations ensuring high data quality and accuracy • Manage integrations between NetSuite and bolt-on solutions (currently SPS, Corpay, and RF-SMART) • Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on system upgrades, integrations and new module deployments • Deliver training & guidance to end-users to improve system adoption, literacy, and best practices • Support internal and external audit as required

• Implement, configure, and support the JDE Manufacturing modules including Configurator, Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Management, Quality Management, Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Work Orders, Product Costing, MRP, and Inventory Management. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into JDE configuration solutions that meet client needs. • Collaborate with business users to understand sales workflows and ensure optimal configuration in the JDE environment. • Develop functional specifications, assist with customizations, and troubleshoot issues within the JDE module. • Assist with integrations between the JDE Manufacturing module and other ERP modules, such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain. • Perform data migrations and ensure proper data flow between systems. • Design and develop test scripts and perform system testing, ensuring that new configurations and updates work as expected. • Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues within the module. • Maintain and monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades or patches when required. • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure smooth transitions and proper system use. • Keep up to date with the latest trends in JDE and ERP technologies to suggest improvements and efficiencies.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom JDE EnterpriseOne interactive and batch applications • Create and manage orchestrations using JDE Orchestrator Studio • Perform complex integrations with external systems (e.g., Oracle SOA, Workday, OTM, CPQ) • Customize and enhance standard JDE reports (BI Publisher, One View, etc.) • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Lead and perform technical upgrades, retrofits, and tools release projects • Support data migration, table conversions, and interface development • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment across environments • Provide technical guidance and support to offshore/onshore teams as needed • Develop technical design documents (TDDs), functional specs, and testing documentation
