• Set up and optimize B2B performance campaigns — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads with a focus on outbound lead generation and measurable CAC/ROAS • Architect outbound lead campaigns — audience segmentation, ad messaging for B2B decision-makers, and linking sequences between paid channels and the CRM • Build clean HubSpot attribution — implement UTM tracking, GA4, conversion events and multi-touch attribution fully within HubSpot • Implement SEO & GEO — integrate technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as an organic complement to paid channels • Integrate AI tools into the workflow — accelerate campaign analysis, audience insights and reporting using LLMs and AI agents • Build reporting and dashboards — not for aesthetics, but so decision-makers can see at the push of a button what the pipeline costs and what it delivers • Help shape RoaaS delivery — work on ongoing retainer engagements and develop solutions that become templates in the BEE AI Revenue HUB

• You take end-to-end responsibility for HubSpot projects with existing and new clients: from discovery and workshop facilitation through solution design to implementation • You are the person who brings clarity, drives decisions and configures HubSpot so it is actually used in day-to-day operations • Lead workshops & discovery: you plan, moderate and document workshops (goals, processes, use cases, requirements) — confidently at stakeholder and decision‑maker level • Solution design & process mapping: you translate business objectives into HubSpot setups (Sales/Marketing/Service) including data models, lifecycle, pipelines, automations, reporting and governance • Hands-on implementation: you configure HubSpot yourself (including quality checks) and deliver production-ready solutions • Drive execution (delivery management): you break requirements into actionable work packages, brief internal/external teams (e.g., Ops/Dev/Content), manage timelines, dependencies and approvals — and maintain high quality • Enablement: you develop training concepts, conduct training sessions and build documentation/playbooks so clients can work independently • AI in everyday work: you demonstrably use AI tools to accelerate analysis, design, documentation, QA and content workflows • Consultative growth: you identify opportunities with clients, develop next steps and work closely with Sales
