Role Summary The Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant will serve as a technical expert responsible for the design, development, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This role blends deep technical hands-on expertise with functional knowledge to translate complex HR requirements into scalable, secure technical specifications. You will lead technical delivery, including integrations, data conversions, and complex reporting, while ensuring the seamless operation of critical HR modules. Key Responsibilities - Technical Development & Integration: Design and develop inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM Extracts to connect with external job boards, ATS platforms, and benefits providers. - Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Expertise: Lead the end-to-end technical configuration of ORC, including job application flows, candidate journeys, offer letters, and career site customizations. - Position Management: Configure and maintain Position Management structures, ensuring data integrity and understanding the technical impacts on headcount, budgeting, and downstream reporting. - Reporting & Analytics: Build complex, pixel-perfect reports and real-time interactive dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI for HR, recruiting, and benefits analytics. - Data Management: Execute large-scale data migrations and mass updates across Core HR, Benefits, and Talent modules using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders. - Business Logic & Automation: Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for benefits eligibility, performance calculations, and HR business logic. - System Maintenance: Support quarterly Oracle release evaluations, conducting impact analysis and regression testing for technical customizations and integrations.
Job Requirements
- Required Technical Skills
- Core Modules: Hands-on technical experience in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Goals & Performance, and Benefits.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Integrations: Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Tools: Expert-level knowledge of HDL, HSDL, and Fast Formulas.
- User Interface: Familiarity with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UI enhancements is highly preferred.
- Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support experience, with at least 3 full-lifecycle implementations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
