The Marketing Practice
• This role exists to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time so client work can move forward without delays or budget overruns. • You’ll manage how talent—both contractors and full-time staff—is allocated across projects, resolving capacity conflicts and keeping resourcing aligned with demand. • The role also keeps critical operational processes running smoothly, from contractor onboarding and purchase orders to operations coordination. • Ultimately, the outcome is efficient, well-managed resources and streamlined operations across the region and global teams. • This is a hybrid role encompassing regional resource management as well as global operations coordination. • Regarding regional resource management: this role will help to oversee resourcing across all five client portfolios, balancing contractor and full-time talent to meet project demands and budget goals. • The role will support delivery teams in the daily allocation of creative and strategy resources, own contractor onboarding, and will resolve capacity conflicts as they are flagged. • Regarding global operations coordination: this role will support PO process and alignment across all regions, will assist with the planning and execution of internal and client events, and will play a role in executive assistant activities.
Job Requirements
- Understands how agency teams actually work and when bringing in contractors makes sense - balancing speed, cost, and quality.
- Operationally minded and able to turn messy processes or unclear policies into simple, workable systems people will actually follow.
- Clear, confident communicator who can connect delivery teams, leadership, and external partners without things getting lost in translation.
- Highly organized and proactive, staying on top of details while anticipating issues before they become problems.
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure, able to untangle resourcing conflicts or operational snags without creating friction.
- Comfortable jumping between priorities and functions, thriving in a role where no two days look the same.
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce operations, vendor management, or resourcing within a professional services, marketing, or agency environment.
- Experience working with contractor networks.
- Prior exposure to project management systems such as Kantata, Smartsheet, Intacct, or Workday preferred.
