Job Requirements

- Strong communicator, especially in remote and async work environments
- Excellent problem-solving, attention-to-detail and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient with operational tools including CRM systems, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack
- Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
- Experienced working within operations departments or proposal management
- Bonus: Familiarity with technical teams or Web3 is a big plus
- Availability to work EST business hours.
