Senior Manager – E-Commerce Operations
Bel Group
• Partner with the Shopper team to develop and implement optimized content • Oversee digital shelf audits and resolve discrepancies • Lead search optimization initiatives to enhance product visibility • Own the development and enrichment of product categorization • Analyze sales, traffic, content health, and conversion data • Be the main point of contact for the global e-com team on transformation projects • Stay on top of industry trends and proactively recommend actionable strategies • Champion an upskilling program for the organization’s knowledge on e-com
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required based on experience
- Experience working with consumption and shipment data and e-com tools like Salsify is required
- At least 5+ years of analytical, e-com experience required, additional sales experience desirable
