Business Development Associate

• Responding quickly to warm inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS • Qualifying prospects based on budget, urgency, hiring needs, and decision-maker access • Booking qualified discovery calls for senior sales leadership • Following up consistently on no-shows, stalled conversations, and re-engaged leads • Maintaining accurate notes, statuses, and activity tracking in the CRM • Communicating prospect feedback and objections to improve messaging and conversion • Managing a high-volume pipeline with professionalism and urgency
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or similar role
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, operators, and hiring managers
- Strong phone presence with the ability to guide and control a conversation
- Organized, responsive, and process-driven
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to the prospect
- Recruiting, staffing, or HR sales experience is a plus but not required
