• Lead in keeping the team members and all stakeholders safe • Lead project teams in the execution of technical project work • Assist the Manager in developing and implementing regional strategies aligned with the Company’s goals • Oversee project budgets and keep staff on task • Meet with clients and attend Client and Industry organization meetings/events • Work to foster strong relationships with existing Clients and develop new Clients • Provide direction, mentorship, coaching, and foster a collaborative results-driven culture • Prepare/review proposals for potential work
Job Requirements
- 4 plus years experience in the construction/building industry
- 1 plus years of previous management experience
- Technical understanding of building enclosure systems (waterproofing, roofing, facades, glazing, fenestrations, air/vapor barriers, etc.) and construction
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to travel 30% of time outside of immediate region
- Experienced with typical Microsoft Office Suite to support and run a business
- Ability to visit projects/job sites and work outside during all seasons

We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in Real Estate and/or Construction to support our Residential Construction, Property Management, and Home Services operations in the Greater Boston Area. This is a remote role based out of Quito, Ecuador, open through Verndale. The selected candidate will work exclusively in support of Eastern Standard Real Estate Partners’ operations. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations and helping us scale our business. Responsibilities - Operations Management: - Residential Construction: Keep project information up to date, follow up on updates, changes, and timelines using specialized software for construction projects. - Property Management: Support tenant relations, rent collection, and home fixes. You will receive training on the property management software used to keep all accounts up to date. - Home Services: Coordinate service requests for clients enrolled in a home services subscription.
