WBS Training

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary objective is the competence development of course participants. • In your lesson design you act both as a presenter and as a learning coach – Learning 4.0! • Subject-focused instruction delivered from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Use of various teaching methods to design lessons. • Preparation and administration of assessments to monitor learning success. • Classes are held twice weekly in the afternoons and full-day on Fridays.

Job Requirements

  • Degree (in Business Administration/Economics, Engineering or equivalent) or commercial vocational training with additional qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • DEKRA certification in project management
  • Knowledge of MS Project desirable, or willingness to learn it
  • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO)
  • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content
  • Excellent command of German (C2 level) — language of instruction
  • Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

This is a remote role based out of Quito, Ecuador, open through Verndale. The selected candidate will work exclusively in support of Eastern Standard Real Estate Partners’ operations. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations and helping us scale our business. Responsibilities - Operations Management: - Residential Construction: Keep project information up to date, follow up on updates, changes, and timelines using specialized software for construction projects. - Property Management: Support tenant relations, rent collection, and home fixes. You will receive training on the property management software used to keep all accounts up to date. - Home Services: Coordinate service requests for clients enrolled in a home services subscription.
