• The Implementation Specialist – Preroll serves as a technical expert for all pre-roll manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices. • This role drives process optimization, supports process development, and ensures consistent operational excellence across manufacturing sites through training, documentation, and hands-on support. • By partnering closely with production teams, this position resolves technical challenges and elevates performance across the network.

• Define and maintain the onboarding program for clients based on our product initiativesDefine, track and achieve key performance indicators for the onboarding program. • Owning the implementation process and project planning for assigned accounts which include: successful onboarding and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients. • Operating as the primary point of contact during the assigned clients onboarding phase for all hardware and software implementations. • Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client onboarding for all assigned accounts. • Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule.. • Hosting virtual or in-person group training sessions for new customers.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for each customer enterprise platform delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. • Oversee workstreams including data migration, system configuration, user onboarding, change management, and go-live support. • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and customer project teams to deliver on time and within scope. • Design and implement customer adoption strategies using change management fundamentals to ensure high user engagement and platform success. • Lead the retirement of legacy systems by managing the migration of critical data to the new platform using industry-standard tools (e.g., Universal Migrator). • Configure platform settings, including user permissions, workflow rules, and reporting tools, to meet customer requirements. • Provide break-fix triage during platform deployment to address critical issues. • Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams, facilitating requirements gathering and adoption feedback.
