Role Description The Senior Director of Church and Community Development provides strategic oversight and leadership for multiple national programs that strengthen pastoral leaders, equip thriving congregations, and promote holistic community wellbeing. This role ensures alignment across programs, builds partnerships, and drives innovation that supports the mission and vision of the organization. - Oversee program directors and manage key relationships with funders and partners. - Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that activate churches as agents of transformation in their communities. Qualifications - Master’s degree in theology, community development, organizational leadership, higher education, or a related field (Practical Theology and Doctorate preferred). - 8 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or community development organizations, and pastoral. - Proven experience managing multiple programs and supervising senior staff. - Strong understanding of Hispanic culture, Christian traditions, congregational life, pastoral formation, and community development. - Excellent strategic planning, communication, and partnership-building skills. - Commitment to faith-rooted social impact. - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. - Experience analyzing data and using the theory of change and logic model framework. - Mission-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to changing needs.
