Role Description The Clinical Systems Analyst will effectively manage, optimize, and support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Oracle Health), along with a range of clinical systems. This position focuses on analyzing, enhancing, and providing support for the EHR and application systems, with a specific emphasis on: - Ordering and documentation - Charting - Clinical workflows The primary objective is to improve operational efficiency, streamline clinical processes, and ensure seamless functioning of departments utilizing these systems. Hours: Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm. Some occasional evening or weekend shifts based on projects and system implementation. Available for on-call support/rotation. Remote with occasional in-office meetings or projects in St Paul, MN. Able to travel within the metro area. The selected candidate must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin upon hire.
