SUMMARY The individual in this role is responsible for developing and maintaining solid business relationships for the purpose of driving company growth and profitability. Responsible for identifying and executing strategies for landing new business and retaining existing business, supporting customer relationships, and for selling activities related to generating sales and reaching defined goals within an assigned territory(ies) and/or account(s). Provides the communication link between the customer, outside sales, and the company, such that the customer receives the full benefit of Pella’s products and services. Visits accounts to cement and manage relationships, provide trainings, and increase market share.
