Position Overview The Residential Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Pella windows and doors directly to homeowners for replacement projects. Through in-home sales appointments and following a structured selling process the consultant will understand the customer’s wants and needs and translate our product offerings to match. The consultant will strive for first-time close and will deliver effective follow-up as needed to close the rest. It is expected that all Residential Sales Consultants will proactively create self-generated leads such as new referrals through customer relationship networking to drive sales goals and maximize earning potential. Trade Sales Consultant Greater Phoenix Market Pella Corporation is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Trade Sales Consultant to grow and manage customer relationships in a dynamic, field‑based sales role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building lasting partnerships, and is driven to achieve results. What You’ll Do - Achieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertise - Spend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customers - Build long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizations - Develop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face meetings - Partner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfaction Compensation & Benefits - This is a salary plus three months guaranteed commission plus uncapped commission, and reflects factors such as experience, skills, certifications, education, location, and market conditions. Starting at $13.50/hr, the Part Time Centralized Sales Scheduling Representative is responsible for: providing customer service support for the Inbound Sales Program, promoted through our marketing and sales teams at Pella. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, and set appointments for in-home consultations. This person is responsible for, but not limited to providing excellent customer service with outside consumers. This position requires excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Job involves using independent judgement with limited guidance or supervision. The person in this position is expected to carry out the duties efficiently, attentively, and conscientiously. Part time position shift: 15 to 19 hours/week, no vacation or benefits. Monday – Friday: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (CST) Candidates will work with the business to select the days they work during the week. Saturday: 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm (CST) REQUIRED shift

About the Role As the Director of Sales Excellence, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of initiatives that strengthen sales capabilities, optimize performance, and enhance go-to-market effectiveness across all channels and regions.
