• Recruit, onboard, lead and develop top tier talent, and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets • Partner with GTM leadership to define and execute the sales strategy, territory design, and forecasting process • Drive excellence in outbound execution, discovery, and deal management; ensure team is effectively connecting 1mind Superhumans to measurable business impact • Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for key customer opportunities • Establish a high-performing culture of excellence rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy and optimize the full revenue funnel • Contribute directly to strategic deals as needed, providing guidance on structure, messaging, and negotiation
Job Requirements
- 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2+ years leading a high-performing team
- Proven success selling into executive-level GTM, product, or technical buyers
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale early-stage sales motions, processes, and teams
- Strong operator: data-driven, disciplined, and able to build predictable pipeline and forecasting rigor
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and executive-level stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence
- Passion for coaching, team development, and helping reps hit their full potential
- Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and the future of work.
