Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of agency experience and a proven track record of managing and optimizing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns, analyze data for actionable insights, and drive measurable results for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: - Assist in the development and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting. - Collaborate with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies with broader marketing goals. Campaign Execution & Optimization: - Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI. - Implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies to improve organic rankings. - Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights. Analytics & Reporting: - Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools. - Generate insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs. - Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. - Partner with account managers to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations. - Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of agency experience in performance marketing. - Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Conversion-Rate Optimization (CRO). - Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on data and optimization. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and conversion tracking. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to clients and internal teams. - Work with both Demand Generation and Lead Generation.
