Role Description We are hiring a Senior Global UX Writer to our Consumer Digital Experience team in the United States (Eastern Time Zone)! You will design and scale the structural language system behind our product. You are a systems thinker who doesn’t just refine copy — you define how content is classified, governed, and scaled globally. You will build the foundation that ensures our product speaks clearly, consistently, and intelligently across features, teams, and markets. Your Impact - Architect and evolve our classification systems, defining how activities, plans, and benefits are grouped across the product. - Design grouping logic that powers search results, activity lists, filters, app descriptions, and indexing systems. - Establish and govern our terminology system, creating a single source of truth for business-critical terms. - Design a taxonomy that works globally while adapting locally. - Own the localization-ready content framework, ensuring English source copy is culturally neutral and optimized for translation workflows. - Anticipate and solve interface adaptability challenges, partnering with Design and Engineering. - Define scalable messaging architecture frameworks, including modular templates for push notifications and system messages. - Partner with Localization, Design, and Engineering to transform manual workflows into scalable systems. - Document and standardize content patterns across teams. - Connect content architecture initiatives to company OKRs to drive measurable improvements. - Use UX research, analytics, and benchmarking to inform taxonomy decisions. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Qualifications - You design content as a scalable system, not isolated screens. - You think in frameworks and governance models, not just words. - You have 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, content strategy, information architecture, taxonomy design, localization, or related system-level content work. - You have proven experience building or maintaining classification systems, controlled vocabularies, glossaries, or structured content models. - You understand localization deeply, including translation workflows and string management. - You proactively identify systemic inefficiencies and design processes that prevent recurring content issues. - You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple high-priority initiatives. - You collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Localization. - You are skilled in producing content within design tools such as Figma. - You have experience with localization/translation management systems. - You are open to leveraging AI writing tools responsibly. - You thrive in a remote-first environment with asynchronous communication. - You are in the Eastern Standard Time zone and can work remotely. - Native English speaker required (Portuguese is a plus).
