Responsibilities: - Accurately process and enter all donations made via check, credit card, direct deposit and import files into Raiser’s Edge. - Accurately enter/upload all donations from other constituent sources including Facebook, Team Raiser, etc. - Oversee all aspects of the matching gift processing to include gift entry, donation confirmations, and donor research. - Prepare timely and accurate thank you receipts, acknowledgment letters and other donor correspondence. - Create, update and merge constituent information. - Routinely review, update and maintain data records to ensure accuracy and data integrity. - Serve as an integral role with the Advancement team assisting with mailings, printing letters, envelopes and labels. - Record donor pledges in Raiser’s Edge and track gift agreements. - Record, communicate and track any adjustments to gifts. - Must be able to attend (remotely) team meetings, and project-specific team meetings. - Must be able to follow instructions clearly, handle multiple assignments and manage their time well. - Attend and complete all mandatory annual training required by the organization. - Must maintain integrity to the mission, culture, and priorities of Jericho Road. Qualifications - HS graduate or associate in arts degree. - Fundraising database experience. - Critical degree of data entry accuracy. - Working knowledge of databases and/or accounting software. - PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Able to identify inefficient and ineffective processes and implement improvement. Requirements - Rate: $18.00-$20.00 an hour.
