• Create visually compelling, conversion-focused, and brand-consistent creative assets across digital, web, and offline channels. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and performance teams to design engaging visual experiences that not only look great but also drive measurable results through thoughtful user experience. • High-converting creatives for paid advertising campaigns. • Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, placements, and sizes while maintaining brand consistency. • Collaborate with the performance team to analyze results and refine creatives for maximum engagement and conversions. • Create engaging visual content for organic and paid social media channels. • Design website banners, hero sections, landing pages, and promotional components with a focus on user experience and visual hierarchy. • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, including typography, color systems, and visual language.

Job Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design and UI/UX work across advertising, social media, websites, and branding.
  • Experience designing for performance-driven marketing campaigns with an understanding of how design and UX impact engagement and conversions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for digital and UI/UX design.
  • Basic knowledge of motion design tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, spacing, and color systems.
  • Ability to create multiple design variations for A/B testing and adapt creatives across platforms.
  • Experience preparing files for digital and print production.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, user behavior, and user-centric design principles.
  • Experience creating intuitive UI components and improving user flows.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing to brand evolution and UI/UX improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present and explain design and UX decisions clearly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Role Description Monks is looking to expand our creative service capabilities by hiring a Senior Digital Designer. You will be helping to build the creative offering for a top performance marketing agency. You will partner with our media buying team and alongside clients to develop creative that drives results. We are looking for a fast, flexible go-getter with a sharp eye, adept skills, and the drive to deliver top-notch creative for our clients. Responsibilities: - Concepting and designing post-production paid media ads and storyboards for digital channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) both net-new and from existing client materials. - Collaboratively brainstorm iterations and next steps based on how the work performs. Creative: - Concepting and designing Direct Response-focused design assets and storyboards for paid platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), both net-new and from existing client materials. - Creating proposals, sketches, storyboards, and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches. - Aligning to client style guides in digital asset creation. - Knowledge and application of paid media platform design best practices. Qualifications - 4-6 years technical experience with paid media ad design, preferably at a performance-focused agency. - Portfolio is required. - In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - 4 year college degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience. - B2C and B2B experience.
