As a CACI Program Administrator, you assist Program Management in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities. The Program Administrator provides direct support to CACI employees, MSC customers, and subcontractors under MSC N7. You will initiate new requirement processes, organize, and implement program methodologies, in addition to gaining and applying contractual knowledge related to the IAC MAC contract and the FAR. The Program Administrator will support and provide assistance on specific business, management, operational, policy, and professional issues. Responsibilities: - General program support functions/duties as assigned. - Provide strategic support of Program operations through analysis, coordination, and continuous improvement. - Work with Program management to develop and maintain operational content including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training resources, communications, and procedural documentation. - Assist with day-to-day Program operations, providing new process/procedure creation, documentation, and implementation, and expert guidance on complex program tasks. - Apply organizational knowledge with CACI policies and procedures. - Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring all program staff are informed and engaged. In addition to handling training coordination, providing input on processes and procedures to enhance efficiency. - Revise and implement new travel policy at the program level as required to capture lessons learned and implement best practices. - Work with CACI's International Business Office on issues related to foreign travel. - Interface with program management travel authorization and expense report approvers to deconflict issues. Work with project managers and program management on budgets and schedules. - Oversee tracking of Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports.
