We’re hiring a IT Network and Low Voltage Installer at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. The On-Site Traveling Network Installer is responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning full network and security camera systems at EquipmentShare locations, including new builds, relocations, acquisitions, and rip-and-replace projects. This role supports EquipmentShare’s initiative to move network and camera installations in-house, utilizing regional installation teams to execute.Installers will travel to various job sites to complete low-voltage rough-in, network rack installation, wireless access point deployment, camera installation, ISP coordination, and final system commissioning. Primary Responsibilities - Install complete network infrastructure including racks, switches, bridges, and access points - Run low-voltage cabling to complete approved network design - Install routers, switches, access points, and configure on-prem equipment - Execute full network installation once scheduled - Install and configure IP security cameras (interior & exterior) - Mount cameras, junction boxes, and conduit as required - Support camera certification and documentation requirements - Complete rough-in for new construction projects - Perform Cat6 termination, labeling, and cable routing per standards - Ensure OSHA compliance and safe site practices - Coordinate connection to ES network after ISP turn-up - Work with implementation team to ensure full network completion Why EquipmentShare?
