What We Offer - Weekly competitive pay - Early wage access - Health and wellness benefits plans - Paid time off and holidays - 401(k) with employer matching - Paid training and auto allowance - Technology allowance - Employee discounts and bonus potential - Referral bonus - Tax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costs - Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees What You'll Do - Develop, curate, and deliver comprehensive training programs on the AMD brand and products to diverse audiences, including Retail, AMD C-Suite, Buyers, 3PL/commercial partners, and tradeshows - Collaborate closely with AMD Client to craft foundational and cohesive product training content - Lead and manage technical product training sessions and events across various settings, including in-person sessions, large-scale events, MTM development sessions, and virtual training - Gather intelligence and insights on AMD and key competitors to inform training strategies - Create and manage AMD Training and Marketing Materials for internal and external teams - Execute impactful on-the-ground training and events by overseeing logistics, operations, and results with scalability in mind - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client teams and retail/OEM/C-Suite partners to foster brand loyalty - Work closely with the Account Team and clients to exceed goals while enhancing the training and brand experience for customers - Serve as a strategic liaison, exercising decision-making authority to drive business and operational outcomes effectively - Flexibility for 50% overnight travel (2 out of 4 weeks, 2-3 days in market) - Other duties as assigned by management What You'll Bring Experience and Education: - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relative experience - 3+ years of sales background in technology or consumer electronics - 3+ years of training experience and presentation skills in a retail or large-scale event setting - Preferred experience in “ingredient manufacturer” value prop preferred - Experience working for/with OEM/VAR and/or NSP in a similar capacity Skills and Attributes: - Proficient in delivering training on consumer electronics, technology brands, and devices to audiences of varying sizes - Strong interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and on-camera presentations - Ability to manage a territory and deliver results while handling multiple projects simultaneously - Goal-oriented and driven by results - Demonstrated ability to analyze information, think strategically, and make decisions with minimal direction - Capable of fostering business relationships and collaborating effectively at multiple levels, both internally and externally Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
