Job Summary Working under general supervision of the Manager Sales, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Dedicated Sales Support Representative is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive or Presidential Account Managers to assist in fulfilling orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts. The Dedicated Sales Support Representative acts as a resource for the day to day transactions, to allow the Account Manager time to prospect and look for opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand business. The Dedicated Sales Support Representative minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open order processing and customer service issues for resolution. Responsibilities Primary Job Duties - Handles all aspects of preparation for orders to be placed. - Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales. - Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process and in servicing the new account or the additional business for an existing account, helping to ensure account retention and growth. - Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed. - Order processing - Follows up as needed on order to ensure satisfactory delivery. - Troubleshoots problems with accounts, stock, credit issues, and shipping issues and open/backlogged orders. - Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned. Min USD $18.75/Hr. Max USD $22.60/Hr. Qualifications Required Competencies - Basic Microsoft Office. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to utilize email, create a document or simple spreadsheet - Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to send correspondence via email and to make and receive telephone calls - Customer oriented with ability to listen and anticipate needs of the customer in order to provide excellent service - Possess interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal/external customers and business partners - Analytical with the ability to identify issues and escalate to appropriate resources - Discreet with demonstrated ability to work in a confidential executive environment using good judgment while acting as an ambassador for the company - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities - Detail oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracy - Organized state of mind with ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a “live person".
