• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture of applications hosted in AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and solution roadmaps. • Design and guide development of modern, responsive frontends using Angular and robust, scalable backends using Python FastAPI and SQLAlchemy. • Architect and implement API strategies, including RESTful and GraphQL services. • Define and implement cloud-native architectures, including serverless, container-based (ECS/EKS), or microservices-based solutions. • Design data storage and integration strategies (RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Lambda, etc.). • Ensure application security best practices, including IAM roles, API Gateway, encryption, and compliance with standards. • Establish and enforce Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments. • Mentor development teams on design patterns, coding standards, and AWS cloud adoption. • Provide thought leadership and stay updated on emerging technologies in cloud, frontend, and backend development. • Provide thought leadership and advisory guidance on cloud adoption, migration planning, and workload onboarding to the landing zone. • Troubleshoot technical challenges and act as a subject matter expert for AWS platform services, security, networking, and compliance.

• Partner closely with our sales, products, and operations teams to drive Medallion’s growth through solution design, strategic positioning, and compelling presentation of Medallion’s products and services • Lead the discovery phase to identify prospect pain points, technical needs, and align our products and services to their business objectives • Design and deliver compelling demos and business cases, establishing yourself as trusted advisor and industry thought leader • Align and coordinate solution design activities across internal stakeholders • Provide advanced training to our Sales teams on best practices pertaining to Medallion’s platform and solution offerings • Gather, synthesize, and socialize insights from prospective customers to influence roadmaps and drive continuous innovation of Medallion’s product lines

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions for digital sales initiatives • Define and govern Salesforce architecture standards and best practices • Lead digital sales process design and system integrations • Support leadership on technology strategy and solution decisions • Drive data-centric and scalable Salesforce implementations • Evaluate and introduce emerging Salesforce and digital technologies • Conduct solution workshops and proof-of-concepts

• Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers • Implement new solutions across web applications, data flow, APIs, cloud and event-driven infrastructure • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs • Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations. • Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues • Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency and scalability • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration. • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
