Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience across technical and non-technical roles. - Handle full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to offer closure — for various roles across departments - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide hiring strategies - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels - Conduct screening calls, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders - Manage candidate pipeline using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) - Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Maintain and share weekly recruitment status reports and dashboards - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns - Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts when needed Qualifications - 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms - Hands-on experience in hiring for technical and non-technical positions - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once - Experience with ATS tools and recruitment metrics - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Requirements - Experience in startup or high-growth environments - Exposure to employer branding and social hiring - Understanding of market trends and compensation benchmarks Benefits - ₹3 - ₹6 a year Company Description We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
